Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, a call-out fee may be deducted.

Raise a claim within the warranty window. We will re-send a technician. If we cannot resolve, a refund of the labour portion is issued.

Unused plan months may be refunded pro-rata minus services already consumed, if cancelled within 7 days of purchase or as required by law.
